I got SHAX HVAC phone number from another group chat who I didn’t know the owner Sajad before. When my condo unit had an issue with the heat, I contacted a few companies and they all replied it would schedule minimum 2 days before they could see the heating system. I called Sajad, he answered and looked at my heating issue in the same evening, even though he was so busy. Good customer services and he found the problems and fixed asap to keep the tenants warm and came back next day again to clean the fan coil again. Knowledgable in HVAC system and the price is reasonable.👍Rob

Can't recommend enough. The main thing people look for when it comes to contractors is trust. And he delivered that in abundance on every front. He said they will be at my place at a given time, and that is what happened. He also explained exactly what is wrong with my heating in a way that was clear to me which is a sign that he really knows what he is doing. Upon fixing my issue, he showed care for my situation in regards to follow up and making sure everything is working like it should. All in all, it isn't really easy to find contractors that you can trust. So if you read this review, don't look any further. Just pick up the phone and call him!

SHAX HVAC thoroughly cleaned the lint and dirt from my dryer and washed the grease and smoke stains from my exhaust fan above the cooktop. These services were arranged by the property manager for the entire condo building. Privately, he also installed 2 new exhaust fans for my 2 bathrooms for $500. This cost includes a 1 year warranty. I am highly satisfied with their professionalism and quality of service

The SHAX team was at our Condo apartment complex as part of the routine HVAC maintenance. They were professional and extremely considerate of the our convenience while they worked here. Sajad (the owner) who checked our apartment identified an installation error with the exhaust fan in the unit and was able to adeptly fix it on request immediately. They were careful to take necessary precautions to minimize any mess as part of the HVAC maintenance routine and cleaned up very well after the work was complete. I would definitely recommend SHAX team for HVAC work.
